1. 약관의 동의
FaceRush를 다운로드하거나 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 앱 이용을 중단해 주세요.
2. 이용 허락
당사는 이용자에게 오락 목적의 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 이용권을 부여합니다.
앱의 역설계, 재판매, 서비스 오남용은 금지됩니다.
3. 구독 및 인앱 구매
- 자동 갱신: 구독(FaceRush Plus)은 해지 전까지 동일 기간·당시 가격으로 자동 갱신됩니다.
- 무료 체험: 무료 체험이 제공되는 경우, 체험 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 유료 구독으로 전환됩니다.
- 관리·해지: Google Play 계정 설정에서 언제든지 관리·해지할 수 있습니다. 앱 삭제만으로는 구독이 해지되지 않습니다.
- 환불: 구매는 스토어가 처리하며, 환불은 해당 스토어 정책을 따릅니다.
- 혜택: 활성 구독 기간 동안 광고 제거, 프리미엄 얼굴 테마 등 구독 혜택이 제공됩니다.
4. 공정한 플레이
온라인 리더보드에 제출된 점수는 서버에서 검증될 수 있으며, 조작되었거나 비정상적인 점수는
사전 통지 없이 삭제되거나 랭킹에서 제외될 수 있습니다.
5. 책임의 제한
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 앱 이용으로 인한 간접적·부수적
손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
6. 약관의 변경
본 약관은 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 후 앱을 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

1. Acceptance
By downloading or using FaceRush you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FaceRush for entertainment.
Reverse engineering, resale, and abuse of the services are prohibited.
3. Subscriptions & purchases
- Auto-renewal: A subscription (FaceRush Plus) automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price until cancelled.
- Free trial: If offered, a trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
- Managing & cancelling: Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds: Purchases are handled by the store; refunds follow the store's policy.
- Benefits: An active subscription unlocks ad-free play, premium face themes, and other listed benefits for its duration.
4. Fair play
Scores submitted to the online leaderboard may be validated server-side; manipulated or implausible
scores may be removed without notice.
5. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable
for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
